Welcome to the flavour of traditional Spanish food products. Welcome to "Embutidos Entrepeñas". A family company devoted to the production of authentic Spanish foods in a traditional way for over 60 years and through three generations.

We offer a wide range of naturally cured products including hams (jamon Serrano and jamon iberico), Spanish beef hams (Cecina de Leon and Cecina de Leon reserva), pork chorizo sausages and other Spanish cured pork sausages and cold meats.

The main activity is carried out in Geras de Gordón, a small village located in a rural area, northwest of the province of Leon, at 1200 meters above the sea, famous in Spain for its cured chorizo. The area enjoys a microclimate characterized by long and dry winters with frequent frosts which constitute the perfect conditions to cure quality pork sausages, hams and meats in the most natural way. Due to its natural beauty and its special characteristics including the preservation of species, the area surrounding Geras de Gordón has been designated biosphere reserve by UNESCO in 2005. Biosphere reserves are places that seek to reconcile conservation of biological and cultural diversity and economic and social development through partnerships between people and nature.

In our food factory in Spain we follow a protocol which combines a traditional method already used by our grandparents together with strict compliance with food safety regulations. The result is homemade and naturally cured deli meats with the taste of a different time which delight the most refined palates. We invite you to get to know us and to try our products. Our cured pork chorizo, also known as the "chorizo de Geras", is famous in the province of Leon and in the rest of Spain due to its high quality and its unmistakable characteristics, and together with our Cecina de Leon are considered to be our specialties and are for sure the products for which we are well known and serve as examples of the uniqueness of our products which stand out when compared to other foods from Spain.

Indeed, even the Spanish king praises our Spanish pork chorizo sausage and our Cecina de Leon PGI is travelling the world due to its high acceptance by international gourmets. Fantastic attention and better products. It is situated in a small village of undescribed beauty, where the transparent water of the river passes by.
